New York City – Part II
We packed a lot in to our 6 days in New York City and made sure to take advantage of the time we had. We aren’t big on museums, but we had to go to MoMA and see the original Starry Night. It was amazing, but what I wasn’t expecting was to be drawn in by an AI art installation that I couldn’t keep my eyes off of.
I had always dreamt of seeing Central Park in the fall. Top of the Rock Observation Deck at night was spectacular and I don’t know of a better view of the Empire State Building. We rubbed the Charging Bulls balls for good luck, felt somber at the 9/11 memorial, walked over the Brooklyn Bridge, met the sweetest NYC seniors at an Italian bakery who we shared a bite together with outside and the Neil Diamond musical was a highlight for me!
