Feels strange to post this gorgeous wedding after the brutal week we have had in Calgary, Banff, Canmore, High River and Southern Alberta. This was just two weeks ago in our beautiful mountain oasis of Banff. It’s amazing how things change so quickly and the power of a river. I’m having trouble writing this post because the flood is so on my mind and what has happened to my city, but I don’t want to take away from the amazing day that Andrea & Aidan had. We had a day that was threatening to dump rain on us throughout the day, but it never did! We had a few sprinkles at one point, but it stopped and we were able to get some great shots all around the beautiful town of Banff. Just as I was taking the last shot I wanted to out at Vermillion Lakes the rain came down. The timing was perfect!
I loved Andrea’s enthusiastic sister who had big smiles all day!
The girls in the back alley behind the church waiting to make their entrance.
Something about train tracks are so romantic or is it just me?
Great custom cake topper.
The Bride and her Dad.
People dancing are hilarious! I can say this because I am the worst culprit for looking ridiculous when I dance!
